Firstly, if you want to add mods it is much easier to keep with the subsilver style and change the logo etc.. Secondly, go into the admin panel, backup your forum and try the second link and install it. See what happens. Merged Post: actually you cvant install because the directory is missing the /forum/install/install.php file. You may also want to take down the second link as it contains your password. Merged Post: And another thing, you can't remover the index.php because that is the main forum page. Like on any website, if you go on google.com your are actually browsing google.com/index.html or something. SO don't delete the index.php. Have you deleted the /install and /contrib directories?
Your forum has already been installed, delete install.php Read the readme file for other questions before posting here.
