Ok i recently downloaded the 2900 font pack it it really slowed down my pc so i got a hold of defualt windows xp fonts but everything is messed up look at google does anyone have an idea what font it should be cos i'd say i need it! or is there a way i can fix my google!
Just restart your computer. I downloaded a font pack from my buddy, and it REALLY screwed up AIM for me. So I decided to restart my computer, and it worked. So yeah, try restarting your computer. If that doesn't work, then I dunno.
uh google just got more confused and yep i restarted um when i logoff its in a funny font and other sites where u enter ur login details!
this happens when windows has tooo many fonts to work with I had a couple of 1000 and sites looked like that for me. Download a program called font frenzy (search google) and run de-frenzy it should removed and store all non-defaults and replace defaults for you, so as to fix up your computer. Hope this helps Daz
Id had the Same problem as you this wat i did. i dl my XP font Pack XP Fonts then restarted my PC But it booted up i stick in Safe mode i.e press F8 when booting up and highlight safe mode press enter then logged in my PC as normal go to the Fonts in C: windows Fonts and delete all the fonts in there then copy and pasted all the Font that in my XP font pack it come up wiv boxes saying there newer font already there etx just keep pressing ok then after that Restarted my PC in normal mode and worked from there i hope this helps ya if dont pm me and ill have looks wat other things it cud be.
lol its all sorted i was missing the arial default font but a friend sent it to me so its all good btw u need style xp for my windows theme which is a visual style in theme xp its under most downloaded it comes in green and blue ! the name is Xtreme XP
or if u want a Free and Eay way to use Themes and stuff get Uxtheme free and easy and u dont need a program run the background and it uses all theme skins i.e stylexp,windowblinds etc
