    I like the things swirling around the model, and how you blurred out the background to keep the eye on the subject. I do, however, believe that you could have done something other than the gaussian blur effect, with what looks like vivid light. It's the typical and expected way of manipulating a photo and I was never really a fan. I wonder if you could have replaced the neighborhood with sky and made it turn out okay... that would make the "Fly High" quote even cooler :D.


    All in all, I think your manipulation was an improvement from the original :). Good work, keep it up.

    thanks for the criticism ^_^ yea the Gaussian blur is a cheap way out..but i couldnt think of any way else to portray movement and keep focous on the subject at the same time.

    and i like your replacing the city with sky idea :D i may go and do that...
