How would you put a Flash coded template onto a website...?

I'm just wondering, because I'm thinking of starting to code my templates in Flash, but if I can't turn the templates into websites, theres no point.

And are Flash coded templates better than other types of code, like...umm...

    ._.

    Ah damn. No actionscript? D:

    nevermind then. ._.

But shouldnt it be possible? Like the only thing on the page is the actionscripted template, something like newgrounds without anything except the movie...?

NewGrounds isnt coded in flash... NewGrounds is coded in HTML + PHP...NewGrounds however contains Flash Content...you could use Flash animation to put together a flash template...but its pretty stupid..its better to just make the part you want to be animated in Flash and than embed it into your HTML...
