    I <3 you. I felt like saying this.. I sooo want to overclock my crappy Celeron, but can't because Dell fooking locked my Bios.

    It's not for the heck of it, it's because dell is so bad.

    But I guess you could say it's for the heck of it.

    I wouldnt buy a dell, but the company does serve a purpose and really isn't that bad.

    I'm gonna buy a Dell tho.

    My sister got 1 to and she's happy with it.

    The 1 i'm gonna buy can't be ordered over the internet , its the best of the best thats in there.

    Dell uses the ----ties motherboards known to mankind, unbranded RAM(because if the company is unwilling to put it's name on it, it has to be good), generic low quality power supplies, and Pentium 4 based processors(which intel admits as being inferior to their competitors current product and even moreso than the upcoming Core 2 series)

    and for the record, most OEMs like, HP, eMachines etc. prevent overclocking. They also use ---- components, just not as badly as Dell.

    if you want a real PC, go through voodoo or falcon NW they actually use quality parts...

    better yet build it yourself for 1/10h the price for a compareable product.


    also look at pricing, Dell sell directly and cuts out middle men, yet their products still manage to cost more... despite any quality diferences being more or less non existant. There is a reason why Dell makes more money than any other company...
