Fixing Render Blurryness And Blending

    I need two things:

    1)Can some one help me with fixing the blurryness of my renders? When I get it to the size that I want it gets blurry and I don't know how to do fix that kind of stuff.

    2)How do I blend pictures into the background?


    EDIT: I found out how to resize with the help of ph3n0m and he also made a tut on how to blend pictures so nvm this request. Yay ph3n0m!
