Im making my first template ever for a portfolio site for myself. Havnt used any tutorials at all!!! Finally finished the layout! Looks pretty good 2 me for my first template ever, and i didnt even use tutorials so im proud of myself. Gonna make more evntually and improve using ur comments and tips! Well here it is! R/C and plz give tips on how to improve!
Comments and ratings plz?!? And also can ppl plz tell me what i should use the boxes for. Like which one should be updates box and link box and all! plz and thx.
Great job for your first, nice banner. I wouldn't make the car stick out of the banner just because it looks sort of dumb and ugly and I would make the content boxes stick out a little, since there a little plain Nice job!
hm...icic. ok i deleted the part of the car which was sticking out! I tried to add some designs to the content boxes but couldnt do much but for the next one i will for sure. Well thx for the comments!
Try saving it for the web, opening it up in adobe, select the part without the car sticking out, then paste it on your psd. Not sure if it will work, give it a try

i dont like those tech lines going accross everywhere. its quite annying. maybe lower the opacity of it? and take some part of the tech marks off the car.
DOH! I deleted the the psd file and the html file for it by Accident!! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! All that hard work gone!
Pretty good for first. Let me make a few suggestions. -Try to darken the gray boxes, as they look too bright. -You should try to add a "shiny" effect to it, or a glare of some sort. To the title of the boxes. -IMO, there is too much tech on the banner.
