    So uhhh, yeah. I know the banner is white. I never finished it.

    Code:
    body {
    	background: #fff url('bgbody.png') repeat-x;
    	font: 10pt 'Arial',Sans-Serif;
    	color: #fff;
    }

    a {
    	color: #000;
    }

    a:hover {
    	color: #000;
    	background-color: #FFF;
    	border-bottom: 1px dashed #fff;
    }

    #contain {
    	width: 740px;
    	color: #000;
    	position: absolute;
    	left: 50%;
    	margin: 5px 0px 0px -370px;
    }

    #top {
    	background: #107599 url('topbg.png') repeat-x;
    	width: 740px;
    	color: #000;
    	height: 70px;
    	margin: 0px 0px 10px 0px;
    	padding: 0px;
    }

    #menu {
    	height: 33px;
    	vertical-align: top;
    	margin-top: 0px;
    }

    .menu {
    	background: #000 url('menu.png') repeat-x;
    	height: 33px;
    	color: #000;
    	width: 98px;
    	border: 1px solid #107CA4;
    	padding-top: 10px;
    	padding-left: 30px;
    	padding-right: 30px;
    }
    a.menu:hover {
    	background: #000 url('menu.png') repeat-x;
    	color: #000;
    	border: 1px solid #187CA4;

    }

    #content {
    	background: #f4f4f4 url('contentbg.png') repeat-x;
    	padding: 5px;
    	color: #000;
    	border: 2px solid #107CA4;
    }

    #footer {
    	padding: 0px;
    	margin: 1px auto 0px auto;
    	text-align: center;
    	font-size: 10px;
    }
    form {
    	margin: -20px 0px 0px 510px;
    	padding: 0px 6px 0px 0px;
    	float: right;
    }
    fieldset {
    	margin: 0px;
    	padding: 0px;
    	border-width: 0px;
    }
    Not bad, it loads quickly, I personally dont like the colors and using the gradient makes it impossible for expanding content, but it looks nice. Plain notepad coding? Or what? Do it for a class or something?

    nice with the css, i code css, plain notepad, dreamweavers not that cheap, i only use it with some forms so i can see wut im doing while working, i usually code straight in the code spot in dreamweacer though
    its ok though, i would recommend doing some rollover links

    Yeah, the gradiant goes from blue to white, so you COULD expand content. I had ideas for a new background for that area.

    If I do make another layout, it won't be this one. I gotta make a layout for my new tutorial/deviantart style site. =D Which requires me to learn PHP, but I think I can learn it.

    Oh, and I made this is notepad 2, which is just notepad with some with some syntax highlighting. Pretty niffty program. (Google for it)
