    gj for your first, but you can definitly tell you wanded it because of the white outline. try using the polygonal lasso tool.

    i didnt wand it..... i did use the polygonal lasso tool. Took a bit of getting used to. That is becuase there is no border, and i just saved image as/hosted it. But thanks any way.

    other than the white outline it looks good

    go to Layer > Matting > Defringe, to get rid of the white outline
