Firefox 1.5 Beta 1 Is Out!

    i know i like firefox also i was just saying if you had me browse with one and then with the other i dont think i would know the difference between the two

    edit: in my last post i ment that i cant tell the difference, i mean ive used the new version for only a couple hours now <_<

    i actually just noticed something that if you click on a link thats in an aim profile or irc it opens up in a new tab if you already have firefox open. It used to just take up the window you had open

    Yeah opening a new tab insted of a new window is a great feature and one of many, I am not using 1.5 beta because I can't load all of my extenstions onto it yet, when I can do it I am gonna switch.

    I used to use FireFox and i loved it. Until i found this browser called Opera, Man it's so godly.

    see what i mean? people don't check it regulary like above ^

    The browsing is the same speed, only how the extensions work, and all the other parts work that will be different.

    Have they cleaned up their engine at all while upgrading it? Cuz last I heard theres a lot of stuff in there that isnt really used in the new versions (doesnt slow it down or anything tho..just there)

    and btw, Maul is right. The people that work on FF go for stability, speed, and performance. They have people in the community to make their own themes and extensions.
