There should be Windows Firewall icon.

your missing the security center icon and the windows firewall icon... only way that i now how to open it with out them is to right click on the internet icon (2 computers) and then click change windows firewall settings, from there turn it off and press ok. i dont know why you need to turn it off to install WoW, i have installed it on many computers and never had to turn off my firewall, the installer dosnt require internet access so you shouldn't need to turn it off.

    edit:
or put this in your address bar (not the browser, open a folder and put it in the address bar at the top of that)
    Code:
    C:\Windows\system32\firewall.cpl

Go to Network connections and look under Network tasks and change the firewall settings.

Or you can set your progams back to default which should make the Windows Firewall Icon re-apper in your control panel.
