You are one ignorant little ----, aren't you? You're just talking straight out of your ass because you think you're cool because you can express your opinion. Well, guess what? So can everybody else. In fact, I can even out cuss you, so sit down, shut the ---- up, and/or go away.

I'm just going by what he had said. He said that he meant to give credit, and that he never saw the description. While that's a lame excuse, he didn't necessarily rip the image. [/b][/quote]
Wow. You can "even out cuss" me. That must make you feel like the cool kid on the playground.

Expressing opinion is one thing, thinking I am cool is another. Your dumb ass can't think of anything else to say, so you come up with lame excuses which barely scratch the surface of my comments to stray attention away from them.

Did he say that he meant to give credit after he was accused, or before? If he said it after and you don't call it a rip, you are a dumbass.

You don't get it. The point of that was to say that you're not special because you have a "brash opinion". I can be much more brash, and it's no accomplishment.

You said he ripped, I answered back. How the hell is that "straying" from your comments?

Obviously it was after, but you're still missing my point. Whether or not he's lying, you can't tell if he's lying or not. I'm going to go out on a limb and believe that he is telling the truth.

You sir need to read up on what a ----ing rip is, he ripped. he should be banned.

He may not of said physically "i made it" but he did imply it by posting it and by putting it in his sig. Implying is just the same. It does not give an excuse to ripping.

He also said he restarted comp and coudlnt remember who made, i know for fact on sig it says who made it and in psds n read me, and when you download and visit a site, its called cookies, cache, and history. ty.

everything he has said to defend himself is easily shot down, he ripped he should be banned, you sir have problems n need to get over it.

My God, you don't ----ing pay attention do you? He said he was going to credit the author (you), and that he never noticed that he couldn't alter it.

He removed it, therefore it's not there, which also implies it's no longer an issue.

Okay, I already made a response to the implication theory, now if you can't read and understand English, then I am not going to repeat myself.

So he may not be the most computer savvy. I already said his excuses were lame, but they could very well be true. I'm just giving the guy the benefit of the doubt.

Okay, now you're just doing a runaround. You know why he didn't credit him.

My head's not up his ass... I don't even know him or affiliate myself with him. Nice of you to assume, though.

Your really not bright are you? The only person here who lacks the ability to comprehend is you.

There were two warnings that those sigs in the pack were not to be ripped. Ignorance is no excuse.

He posted the sig without giving the original designer credit... hrmm.... You think it slipped his mind? I'm sure he would have givin sick his dues sometime this year.

Him taking the sig down is just a way to cover his own ass in this instance. When you get busted ripping the first thing you do by instinct is take the sig off and hope to save some of your reputation.

The moral of the story is: Ripping is bad, Rippers need to be banned.

No, I can comprehend just fine. You people are just stuck in your ignorant ways.

No, ignorance isn't an excuse, but it IS likely that he happened to skip over them. Sometimes I don't even realize there's a Readme unless I distinctly look for it.

Once again, read the thread over. He explains why he didn't credit the author. While this may be a lie, I'm just giving the kid the benefit of the doubt. (OMG... I just repeated myself)

I'm not arguing that it was to save his reputation, but that still doesn't take away from the fact that it's no longer posted. That's the whole point I'm trying to get across. It's not a very difficult thing to understand.

Edit: Omitted two words by mistake.

Yes and let me guess you would probably let someone off the first time they were caught ripping with a slap on the wrist? No decent graphics community should act as a haven to people who steal others work.

There's nothing ignorant about our "ways" we just dont see ripping in 3000 shades of grey.

If he skipped over the readme's that's his problem. Legally he had the material available to him. Speaking of law, copyright law is a funny thing. You see as soon someone publishes something it's copyrighted to them, any unauthorized duplication, alteration, or misuse of that item is, in fact, breaking a copyright law. So really if you want to argue about it, sick could just press charges on this kid.

No, I wouldn't let the kid go with a slap on the wrist, but I certainly wouldn't view everything in black and white.

What's wrong with seeing things in the gray? You need to be able to see things from every point of view, not just your own.

And as far as I've learned, it costs money to put a copyright on something you made, especially if it's not to your actual legal name.

Edit: I'd like to see anybody press charges against a random person on the internet. I don't have your information, so I can't sue you. It'd be funny trying to summon someone called "j_ball430" to a court date because of some internet accusation.
