    A photo manipulation is where you take a photo of somone or something and manipulate it to look like something weird.
    Gaussian blurring and brushing a stock photo is not a manipulation, rofl.

    To Arcana,pick up a dictionary and look it up...

    not sure if my vote counts but im contagion gmv, its a great manip I love the brushing and the black circle up their with the text its really great gj :)
