These are the rough estimates of what you can be fined for. On top of being fined, you could be warned, and any extra accounts can be emptied of credits, and possibly suspended.

The following is a rough guideline of possible amounts you can be fined for/and what for:

Every warning comes with a 150 credit fine, regardless of the other punishment dealt.

Spamming - Fined 100 credits to 250, depending on how long you have been a member.

What is the definition of spamming? Spamming is when you hit multiple topics in a short amount of time with stupid replies, worthless replies to the actual topic, or posting random crap to get into the Premium forum section(suspension will follow). We have a word limit per post for a reason, anyone caught trying to get around this block in any section other then the AUCTION ROOM, will be fined for spamming.

We keep track of fines based on warnings, and it goes something along the lines of:
    1st offense: 100 credits
2nd offense: Another 100 credits + a repeated offense fine of 50 credits
3rd offense: Loss of posting privileges + 250 credits

Its a per case situation, but we will never fine you more then 400 credits. If you do not have the amount of credits to be fined, your suspended for 3 day per 100 credits you were originally trying to be fined.

Some common Q&As you might think of:

    1) When a member is fined, will they be notified?

Yes, members will be notified when they have been fined. All fines are final, and no refunds are given. If you absolutely feel your case is unjust, you may pay a fee of 100 credits to have the decision reviewed, and you'll be rewarded all credits fined + the 100 credits if the review is in your favor. Why? Because every member will complain when they have been fined. This keeps it to those who actually care enough to invest into seeing it reviewed.

    2) Do the moderators and admin get the credits you are fined?

No, moderators and admin receive no credits from any fine given to a member at GameRenders. The credits are basically taken out of circulation, which in turn, helps keep inflation down, and prices fair.

Sadly, you can't go to negative creds with fines. :\

People that bought credits from your shop, will they be immune to this? As they did pay for the credz and it would be unfair if you took them away as they may have made a mistake at one point and hav been fined for it...

Exactly, like everyone else said, I hope this will stop or at least cut down greatly on the spamming and flaming. Thanks for the update BFTP.

    Then they shouldn't break a rule. :P

As for bumping, if it's multiple times in a row, then it's considered spamming..

Do the moderators have time to check on all the topics for spam? I think we as the normal members should report any kind of spam we see, even it the guy who is spamming is our friend. This way the moderating team can have a lightened burden. :)

Oh and I think the fines are great for new members, but it seems like a lot of the old members whose posts are close to spam are really immune to all of this. :/
