Sorry hun but the tag is far too busy for my liking, my eyes are all over the place, theres no focal point, random bits here and there... you know.. I think you should start this whole thing again, don't scrap it, keep working on it, you will get there in the end... keep practicing and working with different effects
Yeah, i think the red streeks dont really work xD I think maybe some flow could come from his coat, if only i had PS to smudge with Thanks for the crit.
For the record, there is a free program called GIMP with a nice smudging tool. And there is way too much going on in it. The red streaks are way too apparent and I don't like the foggy lighting in the top-middle. I would make the render a little more sharp, I didn't notice him until I had looked at it for a minute.
