Hey, I enjoyed WoW when it came out, got boring after awhile, might wait for expansion and see what that brings. Star Wars Galaxies was great at first, but after your first free month and 2 month subscription that got boing because all the quests were kill 100 of these monsters, kill 100 of these...and seriously they were kill 100 or so creatures. The professions and classes you could go were a great in depth thing about SWG what i loved, and would of stayed if the quest system was planned out better and was less boring after long hours of playing. Played Anarchy Online (Free Game for 1 year i think now, with expansion free) Was alright, but its far to old now for what games are out now. Project Entropia. This was probly my first MMO Sci-Fi game, very similar to Anarchy Online and SWG. Great world, lots of thigs you could explore and do, still was in beta i think but was great customization for characters. Items were great but downfall is that how you earned money. You either worked for someone or a job called "sweat" meaning you collect sweat from animals and you get some PEDS what they called Proejct Entropia Dollars. Main way they made money was through credit cards and Pay Pal. Project Entropia was and i still think uses a realistic money exchanger that with the money you earn in the game you can transfer to Real Money as in USD, AUD etc what i found neat, but because i dont access to a credit card etc i couldnt really buy anything like armour and weapons. So me and my mates basically "sweated" for hours on end to gain around 0.10 PED for 10 Sweats. Also sweating took ages so it wasnt all that fun, but it was something different to make some sort of money in it. Guild Wars i play nowadays abit, one that its a great game that its free and has constant updates with new items and areas. Great grahpics and such but only thing i think this game should have would be some sort of "special" armour you could find by killings monsters and such, to me the item system isnt that great and that WoW so far followed by SWG has the best that ive played and known to have. Other than that, the quest systems and what you have to do is something that makes use of all your skills and some what challenging at times. Played Ragnarok when that first came out (was free at the time to play) was great game, lots of options and loved the way you could lvl up and have skill points you could put towards other stats. Then went to p2p and i said nar, cya. Other than that i havnt played that many other MMO, some random free ones i download and see if there good or not, but otherwise, if your looking for a Free MMO go with Guild Wars at the moment til maybe something better comes out, other than that, you have a great great huge varity of P2P MMO out there. Cheers! Other than that i havnt really played any other, oh yea PS. To the questions before, there is MMO FPSers, planescape is one and there is another called World War II Online. WWII Online is a RPG FPS WWII Game where you and other explorers/Soliders fight incoming enemies and such, by weapons and all. Might still be in beta or something, google it. I had the site, but lost it lol. Hope that helped
