It's Ok. The stock/render you used just doesn't seem to fit with the BG tho. Text is a little hard to see and the font choice isn't that good either.

 

Its poorly blended. It just doesn't look right :/

Not bad! I really dig the effect and render used. However, the bloom and background stock are WAY too blurred and bloomed for the sig. Maybe leave it be next time or just blue it a little. Besides that part, it kicks ass. 9/10
