Well I'm working on a computer mod project. And I'm getting my Pro Ice III radiator inside my case. I'm going to mount 3 120mm fans on it and then make three blow holes, then mount it to the top of the case, from the inside.

But I have a problem, since it's water cooled I need the fans to be super duper quite. So I'm going to need a fan controller to set the volts to 7, to reduce noise.

So what fans, and what controller should I get? Hopefully I can get everything under 50bucks, and from the same place.

I need to keep everything under 50 with fans. So 70 for a controller is kind of high.

    And yes I'm in us.
