    Yeah you don't make anything IF there are less than 15 entrants. You still however don't have to pay anything if there are 15 entrants, since those people will have paid for it already. Why not just make a lottery, or arent those allowed anymore. Man you just don't get it, must be another 5 year old kid on ehre again..
