Happens for a reason? Why lol so if you just randomly dropped dead 2moro, u died for a reason did you? Those thousands and thousands of people in the war have just died for a reason? So what reason is that then, because none of them believed in God so he let them die. Sure of course. Yeh and your perfect god did that. That would not make him a perfect god in my eyes, that would make him evil.

They are dead because of the people we are at war with. God isn't killing the soldiers. We are killing eachother, that's our fault, not God's.

Exactly, what you do is your responsibility, not God's.

Okay, watch it. You're getting dag on close to insulting God. You insult me all the time, w00t for you. But, please don't insult God.

Now, yes, if I were to die tomorrow, then yes it would be for some reason. What reason? (if you read the other post) I don't know, I'm not the Lord. We chose to go to war, not God. God has nothing to do with this war. He is allowing physics to happen naturally. Bullet goes through your head, you die. What do you expect? Him to shield our troops? No, wars are not pretty and people die. The people who died, signed up for the military. They made a promise to our country, that they'd defend it, and if neccisary die for it. I never said that people who die aren't Christians. I said, he allows bad things to happen to unsaved people. And he allows bad for the Christian. The diffrence is for the Christians it's a test to make us stronger. Or to punish us. Whatever, for the non-believer he doesn't protect them, he lets whatever is going to happen, happen. but, obviously Christians die too.

HALF THE IRAQIS DIDNT SIGN UP. So we are killing them for no reason.

They are shooting at us, what do you expect? The ones that are on our side, they are fighting for their country. The ones that are accidently killed, well, I'm sorry but this is war and people both innocent and guilty die.

Ummm.... alot of hostility here.... but yeah, going a little bit away from that, I don't see these questions as an attack on --------- at all, bc seriously, if you just follow --------- blindly and don't even for a second consider questions like these... then you're just doing something either because you're forced to, it becomes habit, or because you want to be accepted or something along those lines.

Personally, I'm actually kind of glad this was posted, and I don't think that it was meant to start a God/No God war on Gamerenders.

    Merged Post:

and apparently, i can't say the name of the religion because they block it out... w/e

Not everything happens for a reason.

Yes people can die because they smoke and can get 'cancer' but you can seem to get cancer by almost everything nowadays apparently.

    * you smoke - you have cancer
    * you drink - you have cancer
    * you eat the wrong foods - you have cancer

Total bull---- if you ask me.

You guys keep saying that god is perfect, that is YOUR opinion not ours. You are saying it as if its a fact that your god is perfect but in reality its not a fact, its a simple opinion of a person who believes in this god who kills people for no reason, lets people have wars, lets people kill each other etc etc

Some great god you have there imo...

Again, someone who doesn't know what they are talking about.

I don't question God, want to know why? I believe him to be perfect and flawless. Not because I don't know what I believe or that it's habbit, or that I'm forced. My parents don't even go to church all the time, and when they do it's only on Sunday sermon service.

I think about things like this all the time, yet I am a Catholic because I choose to be. No one is forcing me to be one. Most of my friends are athiests, so I know that I am not doing it to fit in.

Kirbir, the whole basis of my faith is that God is perfect, ofcourse it's a fact to me. Whether or not you believe it is not my problem, nor my problem that it offends you. Or whatever, we wouldn't have cancer if people hadn't sinned.
