Okay, so I've been around the site for a couple of years, but never really understood this.

First, 'ruby', 'diamond' etc? Are they rewards for GR community members who've produced great gfx and helped out the most? Are those sort of members the people to look to when you want to learn how to up the quality of production?

Secondly, yeah I'm still new, but I've been doing graphic basic stuff for a while now. Who's the best graphics artist here, and why? :P

Ruby, Diamond and Plat memberships are something you buy, kind of a donation towards the site to help Shaggy out, some people also say that they get a little more 'respect' when they have a membership, though i don't know if that is true or not.

Your basically donating to this site and getting some extra benefits that 'normal' members do not have.

    For example:

    - Open and close your own topics.
    - Access to areas normal members can not see.
    - Resources in those sections that other guys have posted that normal members can't see.

    etc etc

The extra respect thing is not true.

I do not have one of those Memberships, and I am the single most respected person on this site. Case closed.

Why does that not seem like the most logical of statements?

Also, the topic of this thread seems to be more of a command than a request...it's kind of demanding...makes people not want to respond...that would be like, "You will respond to my thread now"
not all that, "poster-friendly" if you will.

there is not one person on here who is the most respected and it would be extremely hard to find the one who is and who is the best artist cause opinions vary on artistic value so your going to be looking at a blank page there
