All I can say is the earth is around 8000 years old. Dinosaurs's and man walked together. Evolution is not a fact, yet neither is my God. But I beleive it takes alot more faith to beleive in evolution as compared to Christianity. Take something and set it down, make sure nothing touches it, and it is not disturbed by any outside force. That is the basis of what happened durring evolution correct? Matter generated from itself. And I do not understand how when you breed two differnt dogs together you loose genetic information, and mutations corupt the data horribly; But yet you have new infromation added from the same process that prevents that from occuring durring the process of evolution.
There are many different books in the Bible that talk about humans and dinosaurs living together. Like in a certain book (I think it was maybe Exodus?) it talks of a giant creature that lives in the Sea of Galilea, right by where Jesus of Nazareth grew up. Many believe this to be a Leviathan, which is a form of water-dwelling dinosaur. There are many other accounts of things such as this however I wiill not go into further detail about them. It is quite possible that during the great flood (The one where Moses built that boat that him and his family members stayed on so they didn't die when all the "bad people" did) that dinosaurs died from that. Scientists have found very little geographical proof of a meteor crashing down to the Earth, that eventually wiped out the dinosaurs. This may proove that dinosaurs lived around the same time as humans. Also, during the flood the whole Earth was covered with water. Hence, the fossils of the dead dinosaurs and humans and other animals moved all over the Earth under the water, and from waves and other forms of movement, were buried deep beneath the sand and dirt of the seabed. This may be why it seems to scientists that certain items, artifacts, and fossils are on certain parts of the Earth or buried at a certain depth underground that it makes them seem they are from different times because they were mixed aroudn during the 40 days and nights of the great flood. Hmms, I am 100% certain I closed this thread, which idiot decided to open it? Theirs one thing about Evolution/Religion you have to remember: Their is at the moment, no way to tell which side is correct. So until indisputable evidence comes about for evolution(big bang, etc), or Jesus comes back to the earth; all we can do is argue about it.
I opened it, twice now. <_< This is a very interesting discussion, more than other threads such as 3 word story etc. We are all learning here and in no way are we arguing, maybe you should read it all. We are having a mature and sensible dabate and there is not need to close it. Only an idiot would close it because they are narrow minded. If anyone gets offended, PM me, I'll close it. I'll moniter this topic. This thread will stay open.
