3000+s blow(compared to most other CPUs), they are cheap, that's why everyone likes them, except now, the 3200+ is 5-10$ cheaper.

as for the x700, not that great either. you talk like you have a dream system except ram but you don't. I'm not much better either though(except the GFX card) i have a 3000+(754) 512mb ram(1t timings) and a 7800GT

I JUST got XP64 Pro last night and installed it havent really done much with it yet thought still have regular XP PRo on the machine as well because of some compatibility issues with 64 i read about. Wanted to use 64 for video editing and photoshop but Alcohol isnt 64 compatable so I only have photoshop on there atm. I originaly got it so that I could take advantage of the full 4gb of ram i have installed instead of the 2.75 that regular Pro sees. So far its 160$ wasted :(

Well, you should use Daemon x64 if you're emulating. As for burning, try Nero or look around on google. There was a list somewhere, but my history got cleared.

I know my system's not the best, but IMO it's not worth buying a new CPU/Mobo/GFX yet. I'm waiting until next year to get the top notch stuff.

Erm... who's RedTape? The origin of my username, eviltape, came from xfire. ''tinfoil'' doesn't look very good on Xfire. When did RedTape sign up anyway?

I never said it wa worth buying a new system. IMO you're fine for another few years or so. you just spoke as if you ha a godly system and you don't.

Yea the only thing you might wanna do is get another mem card cuz those are cheap, you can last a little while longer.

and nah, redtape is from xbox.com forums, the old one, the old ones when they were cool and the mods werent crazy....good times...gotta find that kid..oh well, later EvilTape.
