Hmm... I think the blue color needs a bit more spicing up. Other than that, it's nice. Nothing too special though, but it's nice.
I like it, It looks great imo. The colors go well together and it all seems to work. The only criticism I think that I have here is the text on the nav. bar could be nicer. Other than that I think it looks great, simple and clean.
The only suggestion I have is that maybe the links on the left side should be that slate blue color, and then orange on rollover instead of the other way around. The way you have it now, the headers are orange and then the links are orange too. A bit overpowering in my opinion.
