    i dont think it could be the isp....beacause i can take it to my gf's moms house, and they have dsl.....and it still doesnt it over there too.....i have cable internet if it makes any difference

    hmm, something is blocking you from seeing it... did you check your AV (antivirus) or AS (antispyware) recently?

    I don't believe it is your Firewall or ISP. it may rather be a virus or spyware.
