    toast is the best it always makes you lose weight and yes i have Tea which is Dinner

    toast.. thats all i got.. lol anything else? like is pasta good for u? wat kinda pasta? and how bout like veggtables? wat kind are good?

    dont drink pop AT ALL n dont eat bread seriously try it for 1 week ull notice a diffrence by then

    It helps make your "bones grow"... At least, that's what they say. And I can only drink milk when the milk's taste isn't present... like, a different flavor that over-powers it or something. [/b][/quote]
    What about chocolate milk or some other fruit flavoured milk you find in the market? Does it help?

    Anyways, back to topic, why not try a pure protein diet once in a while, I know it sounds mad as you will suffer from constipation, but that's what a doctor recommended to those who wants to lose weight.

    if you want to loose weight do what it do, for 2-3 day dont eat anything, swim a lot, 2+ hours intense practice, drink lots of water, no soda

    this is my diet:
    3xBIGMAC a 2xChease Burger a LARGE fries, and a diet coke

    go to the experts diet doctors orsomething lol not ask advices on GFX forums, they probably are all fat anywhay all day long behind the PC
