***WORKS FOR CS AND CS2 NOT SURE IF IT WORKS FOR PS7***

Alright Open up your image with PRETTY bad quality.

    Pretty bad quality init?

Alright, Open in Photoshop, Duplicate (CTRL+J)

Then goto Filters > Blur > Lens blur (Might work with 'Gaussian Blur')

    SETTINGS:

Then set the blending mode to 'Overlay'

Improvement? Yes I think so ;)

    Result: (Attatched)

thats cool, but here is how i do it.

filter > blur > gaussian blur set it to about 2.2
than go to edit > fade gaussian blur and set it to hard or soft light, one will look better than the other but it depends on the pic

This is just to add depth and get rid of ruggid lines on a LQ render, doing it on a 3d render will take away too much detail, so don't :)
