Whats the meaning of life? Why were we all made, to maybe, just be killed again later? If we all die, will god make anymore people? If we all die what will happen, will everything just go blank and no one will being thinking anymore and the world will be gone and no one anywhere will be alive? Were we made to do something? These questions really make me think.
I believe in god because people have actually had proper proof of that he exists. All this alien crap isn't explained properly and they never have any backup answers when people question their evidence. Like i watched this other thing the other night about UFO's and how it's a myth and they just do it for money. Also i don't need to give a explaination because i can believe in what i want, and disagree with what i want.
I recently watched a film caled "2001: A Space Odyssey" That movie, after talking about it with my dad and finally understanding it, really put life and the universe in perspective. I am a religious person, and personally don't believe in extra terrestrial beings. If there is aliens, then every religion in the world is completely wrong. I believe that the universe is extremely too complex for there to not be a supreme being. I believe in evolution, though, too. I believe that evolution gives us our bodys, but god gives us our souls. A body is so easily broken, it can be broken by physical things. A soul is completely evolved, and can never be broken, it is given to us by the perfect being, therefore it is perfect. If there are aliens, and they came to earth, of course they would be more advanced then us, because they were first to obtain the ability to actually make it across the universe, duh. I believe life is a simple test on whethe your afterlife should be good or bad. I highly doubt that a meteor will end life on earth. We've become far too advanced. We would simply blow it up before it hit earth. Small meteors might rain down on earth like bombs for years, most would land in open plains and water, but it wouldn't end life.
I know the following is completely random but : What if God is a time traveller... I mean... if u think about it - one day it will be possible - it would be quite a nieve thing to say that it will never be possible, especially if u look at how far technology has come over the past 20 years... heck... even the last 10 years we have gone sooo far and we are pushing the limits atm. So one day it might be possible... and we'll be able to gauge when and where we want to go.. Don't u think one of the first places we would travel to would be to the dawn of man... our very own creation... just to see what really happened and to stop the debates But what if we do something which infact triggers human evolution (while in the Jurrasic period, we experiment with growing organisms with the richer atmosphere or somethin') and that in-turn creates human life... I'm trying to find the link at the moment to somethig very interesting i read a lil' while back
Aliens: If they were to attack in war of the worlds they would be screwed because gravity would make them worthless plus im sure they could not survive a nuclear bomb but if we did use a nuclear bomb we would basically be killing ourselfs dont think earth would survive another bomb because the last time we droped it it was about the size of a size 10 shoe of Uranium now we dont even use uranium we have improved it the destruction would probaly take out a whole average sized country and radioactive material would be everywhere on the earth everyone would die by 50 years or so...

The largest bomb that we have is made when two hydrogen atoms form to create a helium atom. When that happens, boom. So far there is nothing else that creates a larger bomb. Only thing that might, would be fusing two helium atoms. But there is no force that we can create that can do that, yet.
What Im saying is that Darwinism states we cam from a little uncomplex thing such as a unicellular organism, and evolved... Abrahamic Beliefs tell us that God created man as a very complexed living creature.... If you mix 'em together, your pretty much saying that god created only such a small cell, and not our complexed bodies... But that contradicts with you saying that if there were other intelligent creatures in the universe, it would have been to complex, but thats where darwinism cancels out any religion there is... [/b][/quote] Actully, they have fused more complex atoms, as long as they are under the atomic weight of Iron, they can fused together. Thats why when you mix Tritium (Hydrogen with 2 neutrons) with Hydrogen, you get helium... its very weird but it wall works out. Thats what nuclear fusion is. Anything over Iron is too unstable and will literally fall apart at the highspeeds and cause a larger explosion than anything known.

[/b][/quote] those are fake you fool. no aliens have visited earth. hell no. we are talking about the probability of aliens inhabiting other worlds- which btw is a close to 0% that were are the only life in the universe. the fact that god doesn't exist is why we can't factually disprove him. we can state the obvious- he is intangible, you can't feel, see, hear, speak to, or touch him. But religeous people like you can just make up something simple to null the facts just stated, all you have to say is some false truth like "he is in our hearts" ect. ect. in a sense the arguement will go on forever, and you guys have the upper hand.
yeah i know you didn't say they were real, you just want me to give proof supporting my opinion. Loads of other people don't believe in aliens and they don't give a crap about if they don't have evidence.
