Very interesting stuff I think, but the thing bout is that it actually backed up by facts, and not story tales like some other theories or religions.

Lost, can you please explain to me how you believe in God, but yet you don't believe in Aliens...

You ask for proof of Aliens, What proof do you have of a God?

Can you please explain yourself a little more?

I am not so sure about sitchin, his theory is not based entirely on facts, it is mainly based on speculation, and the extreme interpretations of certain facts.

    Aliens:

The Universe is HUGE, with so many stars of stars. Even if one in one trillion stars has life, thats more than millions of planets with life.

    Look at this: http://www.space.com/scienceastronomy/star...unt_030722.html

    Exerpt:

Astronomers announced today that there are 70 sextillion stars in the visible universe, or some 70 thousand million million million. That's a 7 followed by 22 zeros. [...] If these are not enough problems, scientists even have difficulty counting the stars in our own Milky Way Galaxy. The figure is typically put at between 100 billion and 300 billion.

Thats 70x10^22 or 700,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 stars! (forgive me if my math is wrong)

Now, lets assume that 9/10 of the ones that have life on them (1 in 1TRILLION) have primitive life (ie: single cell, or other non-complex organisms). That still leaves 1/10 of those that have a higher form, such as dinosaurs or dogs or something. Out of those some million stars with higher life, SOME of them HAVE to have interlligent life (i'd say apes, humans, etc). I'm not saying that they're past the point of apes, or that they drive UFO's and anally probe random people, but I AM saying that there HAS to be some life out there....somewhere...

And, remember, the universe IS constantly expanding. And, we don't even know whats past the point where we can see...

    Also, look here: http://www.space.com/scienceastronomy/astr...cal_020128.html

    30BIL habitable planets...wow...

That brings up the ULTIMATE question doesn't it :

'where does the universe end? where is the edge/edges?'

   HAHA, u can trip out soo freakin' hard on this subject.. i mean it can't go forever, thats kinda hard to belive but at the same time... it makes even less sense for it to stop somewhere with a massive brickwall(so to speak) as a divider... but even then - the bricks can't be that thick that it goes on forever... because that contradicts the infinite universe idea...

WOW  It messes with ya head, i mean, really think about it and u end up back where u started... LMFAO! its great

That's a question I asked my mom when I was six years old. Little did I know at the time that such a simple question, had no known answer.

No it wasn't, just because the odds seem high, doesn't mean there is.
