looks good, would have been better if it has more depth

Sorry, but I fail to see how it lacks depth.

the stock is big. you have little room to work on for the background, therefore its not that easy to make depth; also the bg has little form - less depth. if it was a more photographical element like rock texture it would have more dpeth. you can try blurring the face a little in parts using Lens blur filter , because it's behind the weapon and could be used to add depth if it's a little blurred and distant.you can also sharpen the weapon after that to emphasis it more

The weapon isn't the focal. The face is. Thus blurring the face would ruin the focal. Of course, you're now going to to tell me that the weapon is more dominant than the face...

true, that's why i said only parts of the face.

edit: oops i said "blur it a little" , but anyway you get the idea.

btw do it if you want more depth but leave it as it is if thats how you like it.

It has plenty of depth atm, so I'll leave it. There a point where adding more depth detracts from other attributes of a sig.

    Wow Cixxy, lolol.

Inverse is correct, the Weapon is not the focal, the face is. Just because something is closer to the viewer doesn't mean it has to be the main focus. and on your example of the blurred Strogg, it's horrible because you blurred it waaay too much. The weapon is way oversharpened too.

The original is win, and it is very well done, it just lacks some effects. I mean, the gunsmoke is awesome, but it's not powerful enough if you know what I mean. Color is awesome, depth is really well presented, and the text is key on. The originality is really well too. I'm sure most people would've made the render a lot smaller apposed to the size of the sig, but you did well the way you made it, I like it.

    Props. :D

Yea enough knocking this sig i think its amazing reading all those comments i can see how Cixxy would think the gun is the focal. I like it very nice work the text is godly. But i would say 9.8 out of 10. i would say 10 out of 10 but me being me i get distracted really easy by stupid things and i keep looking at the blurred shoulder and think thats looks pretty schweet which draws me away from the focal but thats nothing to do with your work.( sorry for being an idiot ) but i love it

I like most of the part of it but not the area beside the face of the render; it does appear ordinary compare to some of the parts of your tag.
