Dvd Cover Case Diameters?

Ok at school we are making a movie about "School Life" and i have to do the front cover... why? 'Cos i'm the only one who has Adobe Photoshop Cs2.
I need the front cover diameters, ive pointed out what i mean:

So can anyone help me get the dimensons ( in pixels ) for the front cover of a dvd case?

Is that for the whole cover? or just the front?

 

Whole cover I measures is 760w by 526h in pixels. That's the actual paper bit, and both covers.
