The opinions are very different on different forums. Most people whos likes the PSP are probably biased, likes graphics over gameplay, or just thinks that multimedia makes a good game system.

But the DS has an amazing line-up coming up later on!

The DS is focusing all about games, and the PSP is focusing on their multimedia, technology, power, and support (but does that have to do with gaming?

I know the PSP is better than the DS, but I like the DS better becuase of their wicked games and gameplay, despite the graphics.

Nintendo and Sony, why can't they be freinds... :(

agreed. and the ds has games that sux.
psp has burnout,GTA :LCS, GT4 mobile.,metal gear, codedarms lots of good stuff.

and nintendo and sony cant be friend cuz nintendo backstabed sony. before the n64 came out. sony and nintendo wanted to make a gameing machiene that played both nintendos cartrage games and using sonys cd laser to play sonys game. but then sony was betrayed by nintendo when nintendo siad philips was going to make there cd laser. so then the creater of the sony laser siad F**K nintedo lets make our own concle and the playstation was born. and we all know what happened w/nintendo. crap games, crap concles and crap contolers from then till today.

I say PSP. with all the stuff they're making for it, I wouldn't be surprised if they created a phone for it.

I chose DS. I seem to play it more, the games keep me interested longer. I just bought Trace Memory, fun game so far :) but ya. Both have their advantages, I just prefer the originality of the DS, it's a break from console gaming.

    STOP TRYING TO BE COOL

the only reason why all u nintendo haters hate nintendo is because nintendo doesnt fall for the ENDLESS football games racing games and worthless platform games, Yes the psp might have better graphics but its SOOOOO unoriginal. Nintendo has THE original games and will always have, but most gamers dont like original games, because theyr afraid they might like something that isnt cool enough for their friends and stuff.

i have all consoles but no ds or psp cuz i never travel so i play on my big consoles...MEH i hate everyone that disrespects Nintendo (and sega), without them, we probably wouldnt have games and im SURE EVERYONE OF ALL YALL played mario and sonic when they were young.. dare to deny it

So pay a lil respect and watch deeper than the colorfull colors that appearently make a game kiddish.....Gameplay over graphics at any time

(btw, the psp has ----ty battery life, is very heavy and the graphics are nowhere near as good as the ps2 which they claimed. also the games on there are only shadows of the same games u can play much better on the actual ps2, and for the media.....u really dont want to watch a movie on that , still tiny screen and music comes from my much smaller mp3 player, and for lil small movies that u dl from the internet...get a good phone, smaller and lighter and better.....DS ROCKS)

I perfer the DS because it isn't lethal, it has tons of games and it can't get illegal stuff onto it, it has pictochat, it can play GameBoy Advanced games, it has better battery life than the PSP, it also has wireless multi-player, and you can draw funny faces using Mario or pictochat, you don't need to buy $100 of accesories to do some things like watch movies, it is very hard to break, and you need to buy lots of memory cards to save one game. So I believe that the DS is way better than the PSP.

    All I can say is...

    Due to durability without accessories:

    DS Durability > PSP Durability
