reasons why the PSP is overrated

    disc read error
    lower batterylife
    games cost twice as much
    system costs twice as much
    graphics aren't really any better
I have a portable DVD player

psp wins hands down. psp will come out on top because it has movie capabilites and the graphics are amazing. ds has the touch screen but i personally wouldnt use it anyways. also psp has alot of dead pixels but im sure they will fix that in the near future. i am just waiting for them to fix the dead pixel problem so i can buy one

I'm actually still waiting to get mine.I'm waiting caus I want some of the games to go down in price or have the system go on sale or something..I love the PSP because you get MP3 and movie compatibilities and I'm sure the games are going to be fabulous..Can anyone say GTA.

Its been prety hard but I can wait to get my hands on it. :)

Reasons why you should try one, rather than reading about it.

I, nor anyone I know has ever had disc read errors, nor launching disks.
I can play my PSP for 6 hours on one battery charge.
Games cost roughly $10 more, if not the same as DS games.
System is more expensive, but for obvious reasons.
Graphics are more than 3 times that of the DS, and it's painfully obvious if you play one next to the other. Take a game like Ridge Racer for PSP, and compare it to the DS version, and it's laughable.
It's not a portable DVD player, it's a UMD Movie player.
