PSP without a doubt... way better graphics and sony owns nintendo... and you can hook it up to your comp and add music and videos and pictures and stuff and in a few months there will be a ton of new accessories for it such as a camera from what i have heard
But why would you want to buy the PSP just because it has the MP3's and such when you can get a actual MP3 Player that is made specificly just for MP3s better value imo.
that's not the only reason, the games/graphics are tons tons better and the screen is bigger and you actually hear real music stuff instead of those annoying beeps
games, graphics, media, and another thing for me is the size the ds is pretty big and i just slip the psp in meh pocket and i'm off
PSP is basically a computer, you can store music/movies/pictures on memory sticks, you can watch full length movies, not to mention the graphics, i haven't held one in my hand and played, but with what i've hear they're on par with PS (the first one), if not better DS....two screens, messenger for a few miles...if i wanted that i'd buy 2 phones...teh DS does have many good things, the graphics are great, but nearly bad compared to PSP's, it's not that bad of a machine, it's just being compared to something better than it
PSP owns badly cause of it great graphics. the ds hav choppy graphics and is way to bulky and the touch screen can be annyoing at times.
sony sucks, the games that they make arent nearl as good as any of nintendos. the only thing the psp is better in is graphics and playing movies, becasue the ds games are better. Well the games are all in opinion, not everyone likes the same games. the ds can play music, has a better sound sytem, and will be going online soon. And the ds flips into 2 protecting its screens, while the psps screen isnt protected and gets scrathed really easy. dont get me wrong, i have both of them, and i like both of them, but the battery sucks, even after i bought the battery pack, i still have to re charge it at the end of the day. I charge my ds and my sp at the end of the week. Not only do i belive the game are better(opinion like the rest of thsis topic) ut the Nintendo DS has tons of games. Remember its backwards compatible, playing all of the gba ones too. Oh and the gbc had a camera and a printer, so a camera for the psp isnt big news....i can just use my gbc.
The DS has about 11 US games currently, and had what... 3 at launch? The DS games haven't really given me anything to go gaga over either. The only game I bought mine (and eventually sold it for) was Mario64ds. Even that game was a direct port of the N64 version with newer characters. Sony has the advantage because they get first AND 3rd party games. Nintendo has always been at fault with that since the N64, because they majorly only release 1st party games. EA has a few games with them, and maybe other big names like Namco and Konami, but that's really it. Nintendo has made the mistake of not branching out into 3rd party developers, and that's what crippled the GameCube, and will eventually cripple the DS. The touch screen may be a nice novelty now, but eventually the ideas will run out, and its uses will get terribly redundant. The DS hasn't done anything impressive beyond the microphone and touch screen. The PSP hasn't done anything breathtaking either, but it does have superior graphics, better games (so far), a wider library (as of now, and in the future), and all around better functionality. All in all, it is a better system- but there's always going to be fanboys arguing over that.
actually if you check nintendo more tha 90 games are cmoing out in the next 2 years. and those 3 at launch.....you diddnt enjoy them? they were fun. Sony has tons of support, and so does nintendo. 1st and third party, sony and nintendo are making more third party games. Like i early said, the games all depend on the people playing them, but the ds has 11 US games currently, and counting the gba games, more than 200 games. the psp has no wear near that many games. and the gc wasnt crippled, and niehter will the ds.both have excellent games and very fun games. And if you think about it, ports are always first out on new sytsmes, ports and new ideas. Remember SSB? And then SSBM? Then there was one of the tekken games on the os one, and a port was one of the first games on the ps2. The Gba goes with the gc, the ds goes with the revoltuion. but i do agree fanboys will argue both sides, but its all in opinon.
