There's tons of websites thats not anything offical probably, not that I would know, or care about the gang at all. And thats not a leader I can tell you that much. Vice Lords is out of Chicago. And the leaders are older, and black. Like I said before depends on the areas, there are more then one "leader" in all different areas.
