Drop Menu

I am having trouble with the drop menu, its only working on IE and not Mozilla heres the code

hmm i tried it and im on firefox works fine wuts the prob?

for me, when i click like general or anything else it will duplication the whole menus. I have it like click it 3-4 more times util it goes back to normal
