I want to know why...i need a form of income besides posting...

 

Auctions mostly.

Once you get very good. I mean, one of the sites elite artists (As lame as that sounds) you start to make signatures and tutorials to those signatures. You then sell those signatures .PSDs for credits as well as sell the tutorials for credits. Thats the most widespread way to do it. Personally, I like to just do it all for free. Haha.

Oh, and also check out the Offers and Requests sections.. Some people hold contests there. ie. make them a sig they like more than other peoples attempts and they give you credits. hell, some people just have you wear a banner in your sig for a week or two then they send you 100 credits or something. It's up to them to determine the price they will pay. The 100 credits was just an example.
