The green and yellow bits from the C4D look out of place with the rest of the colour scheme. It isn't always about the amount of effects you have in your tag. Depth could use some work. Text could use a tiny bit of work, you've almost nailed that part. His face seems a little oversharpened. And the render could be blended a little more IMO. Sorry if I sound a bit harsh mate.

The text is very distracting, not at least because of the reds in it. Furthermore you couldve used some more adjustement layers and there is no real depth / lighting in it.
