Their are some things we'll have to decide, mostly the ones under 'other possibilities':

    - Categories for crews or other organizations in GameRenders?
    - Being able to buy a shop inside of the download system from the store?
    - You decide! Post suggestions?
    - Ability to advertise or sponsor popular download?
    - Maximum sizes of download?

My original idea was to also charge a fee to put either the object in the download system...or to take off some on the top. I was thinking 20% fee(5 credits if they charge the maximum price).

    Please, please..feedback will be needed.

I'm not too keen on charging for general use of the download system to post your stuff, but I can see why you'd do that. We are paying to tweak the mod, so we need some sort of way to get that back and I can see it being done that way, but still, the mod might not become as popular as it can be if you charge to upload. I think if you take a little off the top when it's all said and done with each item, it would work better.

I have no problem with charging individual users to create a shop in the mod, the price can be up to you guys. That would probably bring back the shops in general and to be honest, I'd love to see those take off again. Right now it's flooded by coding, credit donations/sales, tut writing, miscellaneous crap, and very few signature shops that are close to being worthwhile, maybe now we'll see some of the better designers come back to it.

The crews idea isn't bad, but I can see it dieing down rather quickly. In general, the crews aren't too active anymore in terms of actually doing things as a group. At first, the crew shops in there might be popular but it won't last too long.

Max size of downloads? I think that should be up to Shaggy more than us, after all it is him paying for the disk space and bandwidth. I'm not too sure what the median size of everything being downloaded would be, so I don't know what a good size would be for every category. What is yours set at, Andrew?

I'll have to think about some other ideas for it, so I'll keep checking in with this.

Yup, I was leaning more towards taking it off the top.

If you can get people to receive credits every time someone downloads their submitted file then I think that would work well.

We have, and have included a small tax per download. So we'd actually be taking credits out of the system.
