    Ya, cops don't play around. Thats how innocent people going for a cell phone or wallet get shot 70 times. Cops are jumpy when they are in a dangerous situation.

    shes cryin like a little kid LOLOLOL dude she deserved it the first time... but i wouldnt have done it a second time cause after you get tazed your nervs are messed up for a couple seconds thats why she couldnt put her arms behind her back.

    the same thing happened close to where i live. some guy was taking a pack of ciggarettes out of his pocket and a cop shot him to death..

    i think cops get scared easily because they know that sometimes things can go into something that could be a simple 5 over speeding ticket to a shootout
