This thread makes me laugh... for so many reasons.

    Esp. "The Dude".

That's all I have to say about that.

    Glad to see we agree.

Indeed you will. It's okay, I'll be sure to let you be a slave to one of my weaker demons, so you can handle it better.

Honestly...if people were to beat someone up because of their sexual preference then they should themselves get discharged for such ignorance that goes on in the military. Who is to say that any homosexual can't outlast a straight person in bootcamp and beyond. You might be surprised but not everyone in the military is a complete ------ like that and might actually befriend someone who is openly or even just seems to be gay in the military. At least we know your troop is full of alpha male douchebags.

I can honestly say that I totally agree :D

Pretty sure it has nothing to do with the bootcamp part of it...more the guys are scared the gay will crack onto them...am I on the right track...? I don't know, I've never been in the military funnily enough.

I'm pretty sure...unless that guy was pretty flamboyant or openly gay as well...that a gay man in the military will not approach a straight guy sexually due to being scared of getting beat up (at least I would be lol). Also, I think that if a straight guy is scared of getting hit on or w/e...then he must not have confidence in his sexuality. It's like they're afraid of getting persuaded by a gay man ROFL....if it ever happens just say you're straight and walk away...if they won't leave you alone then you can beat 'em up or w/e lmao.

Life lesson for today: You know you've done something right if you are doing well with both the ladies and the guys.
