    I am considering upgrading to a donator membership - but after reading all the stuff on the Tiller + others 'incident' I wonder if it is worth it...

    Tbh, the Donater thread doesn't really explain what you are paying for :/

    Can someone pls fill in all the blanks - I like to know what I am paying for :)

    Yes I read it... apparently the uploading bizzo isn't working -

    What's in the forum section - anything I don't already have access to ?

    Is the shop any different ?

    Shop isn't different right now, I dont think you'll find the features to be more than the money you paid, but it's really what it says, a donation to the site to keep it up and running.

    You will find in the donators forum , free sigs , psd`s , tuts and anything else donators are willing to give .

    Ok Shop is under discussion as you are aware of , but hopefully that will be sorted out asap

    I`ll never discourage you from getting donator but its your choice , and the money will go towards helping GR .

    What you get:


    - Access to all of the premium membership benefits (so why buying Donator?)
    - Access to an exclusive Donators forum section (It's little bit dead and garbage)
    - New colour for usergroup and Donators Member Tag (people can see if you have donated to the forum in every post) (omg wtfness soooo cool (apparently))
    - The ability to open/close topics that you made. (This is good)
    - The ability to delete your own posts. (Good as well)
    - PM storage limit increased to 3000 PMs. (god you can also just delete old message's)
    - The ability to editt posts with/without the edited notice appearing (Also a little bit good though)
    - All forum advertisements are removed, including in the header and on topic view screens. (This is good)
    - An exclusive gamerenders.com email address ([email protected]) (forget it, you've been lied, you won't get one *biggest Donator-benefits-scam*)
    - The ability to create your own personal gallery to upload your signatures and renders, which others can view. (Whats wrong with imageshack/photobucket..?)



    Conclusion: Only good things you get:

    - The ability to open/close topics that you made.
    - The ability to delete your own posts.

    yeah thats a little bit less huh for 25 bucks? :)
