It was my 21st birthday tonight (9th june), and this guy on the train home got started on by these 3 black guys, don't call my racist cos I'm not!

Anyway, I got into a fight, punched in the face a few times and etc etc., anyway I got home and my parents called me an idiot!
    I was like WHATTTT?!

I said I'd rather stand up and get hit in the face to help someone out than not get hit and sit there in shame while some guy gets pummeled!

They said, you could get ------ing stabbed!

I said, i'd rather die standing up for the right thing and helping a guy out, than living in shame and knowing I could have helped someone that needed it!

They call me stupid, yet I say I live with honor!

Would you rather get hurt yet help someone out that needed it, or sit there and not help someone and not put your own health in danger?

Because at the end of the day I did what I thought was right, and surely that's all that matters?

Ya man, this guy said "He called me a "negro""

Even though I was sittin near him the whole journey, and 3 dudes try and start on him, i stand in the way and get punched in the face myself, and this other guy walks off.

I shouldn't get into trouble on my ------ing birthday but I can't help it, I did what I though was right, I can't be an idiot for doing that surely?

You're a rarity these days, that's for sure. Everyone is more worried about themselves to even notice when stuff like this happens most of the time. Yet, if they were in the same situation, they curse at the people who just walk by and don't do anything to help them. I say, good on ya.

you did the right thing bro.
Not many people have the balls to face 3 men.
The guy you were trying to help could at least stand by his savior and help him.

dude you did exactly the right thing.

That is soo honourable to do that to jump in like that although you're parents are kinda right cos you could've died there if they were serious so you were stupid in that way but still you did the right thing to help him out ^^.

Your parents were just worried, surely they are proud when you boil down to it in a few days, months, or years even.

And you did the right thing, standing up for a guy whether he deserved a punishment or not, one on three is not fair nor the correct punishment.

Kill with kindness, it always works. That's always right.

In your case you couldn't really talk to them, or you could've but at the moment I'm sure you just kind of jumped in to help the guy, no time to think.

    So grats. +respect points.
