Does Any One Have Any Sugestions

I know it is old and its not very good but i cant get my hands on photoshop. so plz if u have and add on downloads or tips for me plz do tel and maybe if u have a good site were i can dl a free version of photoshop 7

 

1. you dont want ps 7, you want ps CS (aka. ps 8)
2. you can d/l a trial from www.adobe.com

 

i know i want w/e i can use thats better than psp5. But i have cs on my comp its missing a dll file. and i am computer illiterate and i dont know what to do. the dll file is
"UID.MR.DLL"

 

i have psp8 and ps7
