    i'm trying to go back to lifting weights but the most i can lift is 80lb + the bar.

    I did when I was still in school. My bench was around 280, and my squat was over 350, but less than 450... Can't remember the exact #. I was a lineman, those stats were from my senior year in high school.

    Some may not believe me, but in truth, it's not high for my old school. The highest bench is around 370 for one rep, and squat is around 490 for one rep. The squat record has been beaten, but the records are for football season, and my shot put friend beat the record during track, so his name didn't go on the record board.

    Oh and just an after-thought - I started football in 6th grade, continued on through 7th, then I was in Shot Put and Football from 8th - 12th. So that's 6 years of school sports.
