Big ones. Better quality and you can resize 'em to your liking.

Small ones are just hard to work with.

If im not doing the rendering ill take a big one

if i need a quick render of a stock ill shrink it and use a soft brush to only cut what i need

this one is easy folks: you can make a BIG render SMALL and still have it look good. you CANNOT make a SMALL render BIG and expect the same to be true. there's really no need for them to be HUGE (*cough*haloguywithrocketlauncher*cough*) but bigger is better, IMO ^_^

The bigger the better. When its big and you resize its still great quality but have you ever tried to make a small render bigger? Just doesn't work the same.

I like my randers as big as you can get them, because you can always re-size them down, but going from small to big will make you loose some quality

Big, they are normaly higher quality, if the cut aint so good when shrunk down they look a bit better.
I also allows you to fill the sig with more of one area (eyes or osmething)
But the smaller ones can be ok.
