    Question up there dudes

    Vote

Either Big or small including Medium

    Big/Large images include - 1280x1024 and 1600x1200 and beyond

    Medium/Small - Smaller than 1280x1024 inc 1024x768, 800x600 and 640x480

Considering my partner Mr.Broken saying some comments about large renders

I decided to make a poll :) - Do you like em BIG or small

Referring to any renderable images - like GameWallpapers etc

DO you think like me - The bigger the image the better OR think like Broken Bigger renders waste time and are useless and spend time on detail :)

I prefer larger renders. The larger the better, because I can always resize them to be smaller if I need them to be. Plus I feel the over all quality of the image itself comes out better.

That pretty much sums it up. I like renders I am able to use in my wallpapers without losing quality, and when you make it smaller, a light bit of sharpening will fix it right up for you :)

I wasnt saying they are 100% better, but I PREFER to render smaller images such as 1024 pixels etc. Just makes a LOT more sense to me, you'll live with my opinon.

I'm gonna have to go with smaller ones, mostly because I only have DSL and don't feel like waiting for the massive ones to finish loading, and anything above 1280x1024 is unnecessary to me

Larger is better, generally speaking; but considering the size most stocks are resized to for tags massive, high res pictures are nowhere near a necessity. As long as quality isn't an issue, "small" is fine for me.

Why would you ever want a small render? If you have a big one, you can always resize it smaller. If you have a small one, and you want it bigger, you depixelate it.

The perfect render would be you didn't have to resize it bigger or smaller and it had great quality.
