Do You Have Photoshop Cs3(may Need Tut Writers)

I will upload on psd, tell me if you can read the settings, everything comes up normal @ 100%, so I think it was created in cs3.



I will need tut writers that have CS3 as well, if the above works, I want the tuts written well because I will pay 260 credits per tut, they are loki tags.
