do swap disks work

    do swap disks work for import games for ps2?
    Reason being i wanna import naruto narutimate hero 3 for the ps2 and dont feel like spending 100$+ on modchips/a japanese ps2 when swap disks for $50 SHOULD work. Anyone have experince in this?

    yea swap magic i think its called, and modchips dont cost 100, its 30 bucks here

    In holland they are over 100 euros (which is about 130 dollars i think), really insane. How much are the psp mod chips over there?

    psp chips are 50 i believe, but just get a psp version 2.5-3.0 i think and it will play games from HD. im not sure the newest stuff bout psp's cause i dont have one anymore

    ps2 modchips are 60+$ online, yeah i just ordered some swap disks.
    Time to find a place where i can buy import games now xD
