obviously your program was downloaded with not all the required files.
Were they by any chance illegal??

how about you DONT download illegal pirated software and give the money to a team that deserve it for creating such fine software. to get a legitimate copy

.dll files are the files that the programs use to run scripts and other aspects of a program, if you have downloaded them 'legit' then they should be included if not contact the developer, or if u downloaded it illegally (best not) its mosts likly some guys has tried to but ad-ware in the program and has deleted a file .

I would contact the company Adobe if your having problems with Photoshop. They usually give you support if you have purchased the product ;)
